Matt Reilly
Matt Reilly has served as a driving instructor for over 20 years including at Bob Bondurant and Skip Barber. He spent three years at the Jim Russell Racing School in both instructing and sales positions. Over the past two decades Reilly has also served as a driver coach and spotter for over 20 NASCAR drivers, and has managed automotive sales training programs and events for various companies in the automotive industry. In 2009 he joined B.R.A.K.E.S. to launch the B.R.A.K.E.S. Teen Pro-Active Driving School.

Sara Fensterer
Sara Fensterer began working with B.R.A.K.E.S. in July 2008. After graduating from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill she moved to the Charlotte area to work in the motorsports industry. She served as an intern at Charlotte Motor Speedway before working at MCG Sports, where she served as an Assistant Communications Manager for Petty Enterprises. Fensterer lives in Morganton, N.C.
