Teens Texting While Driving

This article from USA Today discusses the frequency with which teens use cell phones while driving and why this is a dangerous behavior.....

There is much being done to curtail the use of cell phones while driving.  The state of North Carolina recently enacted a law that bans drivers from using a cell phone to talk or text when behind the wheel.  The law goes into effect Dec. 1 and is punishable by a $100 fine.

 

This article also includes some interesting statistics about the number of teens who admit that they use their cell phone when driving.
